Yes, the Domaine welcomes you all year round.
42 hectares, with 30 hectares of forest, 10 hectares of meadows and 2 hectares of park.
We have a total capacity of 46 beds spread over 6 Gîtes. Possibility of up to 55 beds.
For your accommodation in Gironde, the Domain offers 5 gites, including a large gîte de groupe (for 15 people), a maison Landaise (for 8 people), a Chalet " le Romantique " (for 2 people), the Gîte Nature & Détente (8 people) and the Maisonnette du Lac (4 people).
All our gites are non-smoking.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
The gîtes are maintained by us before and after your arrival with a compulsory cleaning package so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
Yes, with gates, roller shutter and alarm. However, we invite parents not to leave their children unattended.
The pool is shared between Gîte de Groupe and Maison Landaise only. In case of privatization of the whole Domain, it is accessible to all the residents.
The pool and the security shutter are managed by us. It is open depending on the weather but closed at nightfall.
The SPA is at the disposal of the tenants of the Maison Landaise. In case of privatization of the Domaine, the SPA is of course accessible to all the occupants. Its access is limited to 4 people at the same time.
The Sauna is a service for the Gîte de Groupe, accessible to all residents when the Domaine is privatized.
By appointment, Philippe can offer you different types of massages, between well-being, muscle relaxation or sports recovery, and many others.
To know Philippe better:
"Helping people in difficulty" was, for him, at the time, the meaning of the job he was to do. Philippe became a special educator with autistic children, then with young people in difficulty within their families.
After 20 years, the burn-out caught up with him. He then realized that he was trying to help himself through this work. A process of mourning and reconversion then began...
Internships, training, repairs, research, psychoanalysis... all to get closer to himself.

We have a heated swimming pool all year round, a beach volleyball court, a table soccer, a ping-pong table, and a playground for children. A sauna and a SPA are also present on the Domaine.
Yes with our partner : Les cycles du Bazadais. Delivery on the spot possible.
The Domaine's pond is private and fishing is authorized for all persons staying at the Domaine but who have a fishing permit.
Please note: the pond is not secured; we decline all responsibility for accidents and incidents. Equipment is not provided.
The Domaine offers a variety of reception areas.
> The Haras and its 169 m2 courtyard, surrounded by trees, as well as 3 areas that can be customized to suit individual needs.

In the heart of the Gironde, a little closer to Bordeaux than to Toulouse, L'Airial des Monges welcomes you for your private receptions, weddings, cousinhoods, birthdays... thanks to its 6 gîtes (46 beds) and its magnificent Domaine (possibility of creating outdoor reception areas). An outdoor reception area, with its theater of greenery, its 120 m2 covered courtyard, its bar/barbecue around the Landais bread oven and its 80 m2 Modern Yurt. More info HERE.
Just 50 minutes from Bordeaux, L'Airial des Monges offers its gîte de groupe (15 people), 1 Maison Landaise (9 people), the Gîte Nature et Détente (8 people), the maisonnette du Lac (4 people), the Chalet Romantique (2 people) and the Maison du Lac (8 people) for your private or business events, sleeping 46 people in all and a maximum of 55 possible.

10 days before your arrival at the Domaine, our digital welcome booklet is sent to you. It contains all the events of the region.
A deposit, the amount of which is shown on your rental contract, is required when you move in (cheque or cash).
The deposit is not cashed and is returned on departure.

Pets are not allowed at the main Airial, but they can be accommodated at the Gîte Nature et Détente, the Maisonnette du Lac and the Maison du Lac, all of which have enclosed gardens.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms and must have their own dedicated area for the night.
Our village of Marions is surrounded by many small villages typical of the region.
- Grignols at 5 minutes (Bakery - Post office - Tobacco - Restaurant - etc.)
- Bazas at 13 minutes (Cathedral - Post office - Banks - Shops - Supermarkets - Garden centres - etc.).
- Casteljaloux at 26 minutes (Shops - Thalassotherapy center - Hypermarket - Supermarket - Aquatic center - Horse riding - Golf - etc...).
We have 2 large parking lots, and for larger gatherings we can park more cars outside the Domaine.
